Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) comparing Hydroxychloroquine with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Clinical improvement on the Ordinal Scale for Clinical Improvement at 14 days and Number of participants requiring mechanical ventilation for respiratory failure at 14 days. Planned start May 2020; status: withdrawn.
