Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) comparing Standard GVHD Prophylaxis + Abatacept + Placebo with Standard GVHD Prophylaxis + Abatacept Extended dosing (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Severe AGVHD-free, severe CGVHD-free, relapse-free survival at 2 years. Started Mar 2022; status: recruiting.
