Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in diabetic nephropathy (DN), focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS) and minimal change disease (MCD) comparing GFB-887 Active with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Percentage change in Urine Protein-to-Creatinine Ratio at 12 weeks and Percentage change in Urine Albumin-to-Creatinine Ratio at 12 weeks. Started Jul 2020; status: terminated.
