Phase 4, randomised trial of tramadol, dexmedetomidine and magnesium sulfate in postoperative pain (4 arms), sponsored by Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Primary endpoint: Analgesics consumption postoperatively in morphine equivalents at 24 hours. Started May 2022; status: completed.
