Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of dexamethasone in coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) and acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) (2 arms), sponsored by CEMIC. Primary endpoints: Ventilator-free days at 28 days and Time to successful discontinuation from mechanical ventilation at 28 days. Started May 2020; status: terminated.
