AMY-101 in COVID-19 ARDS

Phase 2, randomised, single-blind trial in coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) and acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) comparing AMY-101 with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Proportion of patients who are alive, without evidence of ARDS (PaO2/FIO2 >300 mm Hg) and without oxygen requirement at 21 days and Proportion of patients assigned to each category of a six-category ordinal scale at 21 days.
