Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of clarithromycin in coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), sponsored by Hellenic Institute for the Study of Sepsis. Primary endpoints: Clinical outcome negative for two parameters (hospital admission/disease progression) at Day 8 and At least 50% change of the score of respiratory symptoms from the baseline at Day 8. Started May 2020; status: completed.
