Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in Lewy body dementia (LBD) comparing Ambroxol with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Mini Mental State Examination at 52 weeks, Incidence, nature and severity of Adverse Events and Serious Adverse Events at 52 weeks and 10 more. Planned start Jan 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
