Overview
Randomised, single-blind trial in functional dyspepsia (FD) comparing Placebo with Prucalopride (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Gastric accommodation with gastric barostat technique at 90 minutes and Gastric accommodation with intragastric pressure measurement technique at 60 minutes.
