Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of disodium pyrophosphate in pseudoxanthoma elasticum (PXE), sponsored by Tampere University Hospital. Primary endpoints: Area Under the Curve from time 0 to t of pyrophosphate at 2 days, Maximal concentration of pyrophosphate at 2 days and 1 more. Planned start Dec 2020; status: withdrawn.
