Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of pregnenolone in post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and alcohol use disorder (AUD), sponsored by UT Southwestern Medical Center. Primary endpoints: Clinician-Administered PTSD Scale for DSM-5 at 8 weeks, Standard alcoholic drinks per week at 8 weeks and 3 more. Planned start Dec 2021; status: withdrawn.
