Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of mycophenolate mofetil in glioblastoma (GBM), Gliosarcoma (GS) and astrocytoma (3 arms), sponsored by University of Michigan Rogel Cancer Center. Primary endpoints: Concentration of Mycophenolic Acid (MPA) in Tumor Tissue at 1 week and Number of Participants Who Experience Dose-limiting Toxicities up to 19 weeks.
