Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial of efineptakin alfa in coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) (3 arms), sponsored by Washington University School of Medicine. Primary endpoints: Safe and tolerable dose of NT-I7 (Phase I only) at 8 months and Percent change in absolute lymphocyte count (ALC) at Day 14. Planned start Jul 2021; status: withdrawn.
