Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) comparing 30 mg PU-AD with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis Functional Rating Scale-Revised at 24 weeks, Slow Vital Capacity at 24 weeks and 3 more. Planned start Jan 2023; status: withdrawn.
