Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of azenosertib in epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC), fallopian tube cancer (PFTC) and primary peritoneal cancer (PPC) (5 arms), sponsored by Zentalis Pharmaceuticals. Primary endpoints: Safety and tolerability of azenosertib in combination with PLD, carboplatin, paclitaxel, or gemcitabine at 1 year, Maximum Tolerated Dose (MTD) / Recommended Phase 2 Dose (RP2D) at 28 days and 2 more.
