Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) comparing Liquid Alpha1-PI + SMT with Placebo + SMT (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Percentage of Participants Dying or Requiring Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Admission at Day 29 and Percentage of Participants Who Are Dependent on High Flow Oxygen Devices or Invasive Mechanical Ventilation at Day 29.
