Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of daunorubicin in acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and acute myeloid leukemia (AML), sponsored by Children's Mercy Kansas City. Primary endpoints: Incidence of Low Dose Daunorubicin Feasibility as Assessed by Absolute Blast Count at 24 months, Incidence of Low Dose Daunorubicin Feasibility as Assessed by Extramedullary Leukemia Progression at 24 months and 3 more.
