Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial of surabgene lomparvovec in diabetic retinopathy (DR) and diabetic macular edema (DME) (6 arms), sponsored by AbbVie Inc. Primary endpoints: Proportion of participants achieving a 2-step or greater improvement in DR per ETDRS-DRSS at 48 weeks and Mean change from baseline in Best Corrected Visual Acuity (BCVA) at 54 weeks.
