Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial of anti SARS-CoV-2 equine hyperimmune serum in coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) (2 arms), sponsored by Instituto D’Or de Pesquisa e Ensino. Primary endpoints: Rate of adverse events related to the infusion of anti-SARS-CoV-2 immunoglobulin at 28 days and Clearence of viral RNA evaluated by RT-PCR at 72 hours. Status: unknown.
