Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in IgA nephropathy (IgAN) comparing LNP023 200mg b.i.d with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Ratio to Baseline in Urine Protein-to-Creatinine Ratio at 9 months and Annualized Total eGFR Slope at 24 months. Started Jan 2021; status: completed.
