Overview
Phase 1 trial of omalizumab in chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP), sponsored by Johns Hopkins University. Primary endpoints: IgE tissue compartment distribution in nasal polyps as assessed by quantitative IgE expression at 1 year and Messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA) expression at 1 year.
