Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in atopic dermatitis (AD) comparing Tralokinumab + TCS with Placebo + TCS (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Investigator's Global Assessment Score of 0 (Clear) or 1 (Almost Clear) at 16 weeks and At Least 75% Reduction in Eczema Area and Severity Index at 16 weeks.
