Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of dorocubicel in sickle cell disease (SCD), sponsored by ExCellThera. Primary endpoints: Feasibility of finding a suitable ECT-001-CB graft up to 24 months, Feasibility of successfully performing ECT-001-CB transplantation up to 24 months and 6 more.
