Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial of cadefrecitinib in plaque psoriasis (3 arms), sponsored by Galapagos NV. Primary endpoints: Frequency and severity of treatment-emergent adverse events (TEAEs), treatment-emergent serious adverse events (SAEs), and TEAEs leading to treatment discontinuation at 3 months and Psoriasis Area and Severity Index (PASI) % change at 4 weeks.
