Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of IL3 CAR T-cells in acute myeloid leukemia (AML), sponsored by Zhejiang University. Primary endpoints: Dose-limiting toxicity at 28 days and Treatment-emergent adverse events at 2 years. Planned start Nov 2020; status: not yet recruiting.
