Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of anakinra in coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) and cytokine release syndrome (CRS) (2 arms), sponsored by Weill Cornell Medicine. Primary endpoint: Number of subjects alive without having required mechanical ventilation at 28 days. Planned start Dec 2021; status: withdrawn.
