Overview
Randomised, double-blind trial in post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and anxiety disorder comparing Losartan group with Placebo group (2 arms). Primary endpoints: fMRI-based indices of neural activity during processing of emotional stimuli and fMRI-based indices of neural activity for subsequently successfully remembered as compared to non-remembered stimuli.
