Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of fosciclopirox in solid tumor (advanced stage) and muscle-invasive bladder cancer (MIBC) (2 arms), sponsored by CicloMed LLC. Primary endpoints: Complete and Partial Pathologic Response Rate at Radical Cystectomy at 56 days and Immunohistochemistry Analyses of Notch Cell Signaling Pathway at 56 days. Started May 2019; status: completed.
