Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of CD79b CAR-T cells in B cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) and B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (B-NHL), sponsored by Zhejiang University. Primary endpoints: Dose-limiting toxicity at 28 days and Treatment-emergent adverse events at 2 years. Planned start Nov 2020; status: not yet recruiting.
