Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of allogeneic bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stromal cells (ICSCYL) in neurotrophic keratitis (NK) and Corneal epithelial defect (3 arms), sponsored by University of Illinois Chicago. Primary endpoints: Treatment Emergent Adverse Events at 28 days and Proportion of participants with improvement in epithelial defect or barrier integrity at 28 days.
