Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of interferon gamma-1b in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS). Primary endpoints: Upregulation HLA l (HLA-ABC) up to 6 months, Upregulation of HLA ll (HLA-DR/DQ) up to 6 months and 3 more. Started Mar 2021; status: completed.
