Ikervis for Prophylaxis of Dry Eye Disease Post Allo-HSCT

Phase 4, open-label, single-arm trial of cyclosporine 2% ophthalmic solution in ocular graft-versus-host disease (oGVHD) and dry eye disease (DED), sponsored by Singapore Eye Research Institute. Primary endpoints: Change in baseline visual acuity at 12 months, Change in baseline intraocular pressure at 12 months and 12 more. Status: unknown.
