Overview
Phase 4, randomised trial in hypercholesterolemia, atherosclerosis and inflammation comparing Simvastatin Arm with Ezetimibe Arm (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Change in mRNA Expression of CD68 in Mononuclear Cells at 6 weeks and Change in mRNA Expression of PECAM on Mononuclear Cells at 6 weeks. Started May 2017; status: terminated.
