Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of trontinemab in Alzheimer's disease (AD) (19 arms), sponsored by Roche. Primary endpoints: Percentage of Participants With Adverse Events up to 233 weeks and Change From Baseline in Brain Amyloid Load as Measured by Amyloid Positron Emission Tomography (PET) Scan up to 24 weeks.
