Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in Meniere's disease (MD) comparing SPI-1005 400 mg BID with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Number of Participants With Treatment-Emergent Adverse Events at 84 days, Change in Low Frequency Hearing Thresholds Measured by Pure Tone Audiometry at 84 days and 1 more.
