Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) comparing Anakinra Arm with Placebo Arm (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Comparison of the distribution of frequencies of each score of a 5-scale patient state evaluated from the 11-point WHO Clinical Progression ordinal Scale (CPS) at 28 days.
