Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of tenofovir disoproxil fumarate and emtricitabine in coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) (2 arms), sponsored by CHU Caen Normandie. Primary endpoints: Reduction of SARS-CoV2 viral load assessed by Ct PCR at Day 4 and Rate of non-contagious nasopharyngeal sample for SARS-CoV2 by PCR at Day 4. Started Nov 2020; status: completed.
