Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial in acute myeloid leukemia (AML), myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) and chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML) comparing Treatment (venetoclax, busulfan, fludarabine, cladribine) with Standard of Care (fludarabine + IV busulfan) (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Progression-Free Survival at 1 year. Started Oct 2021; status: recruiting.
