Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of lidocaine 10% oropharyngeal spray and xylometazoline in dental caries (2 arms), sponsored by Dow University of Health Sciences. Primary endpoints: Achievement of local anesthesia (VAS score of 0) at 14 minutes and Achievement of local anesthesia after 3 sprays at 24 minutes. Started Jul 2018; status: completed.
