Phase 4, open-label trial of pegloticase in refractory gout (2 cohorts), sponsored by Amgen. Primary endpoints: Percentage of Participants Who Were Serum Uric Acid (sUA) Responders (sUA < 6 mg/dL) During Month 6 and Time to First sUA >=6 mg/dL After First Achieving sUA <6 mg/dL.
