Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial of carvedilol in heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) (2 arms), sponsored by Weill Cornell Medicine. Primary endpoints: Change in Physical Activity When on Beta-blocker Versus When Off Beta-blocker at 8 weeks, Change in Lower Extremity Function When on Beta-blocker Versus When Off Beta-blocker (Balance) at 24 weeks and 3 more.
