Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of misoprostol in constipation and abdominal distension, sponsored by Montefiore Medical Center. Primary endpoints: Patient Assessment of Gastrointestinal Symptoms Questionnaire Score at Day 3 and Patient Assessment of Constipation Symptoms Questionnaire Score at Day 3.
