Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial of memantine in psychosis and schizophrenia. Primary endpoints: Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale negative subscore at 12 weeks and Brief Negative Symptom Scale at 12 weeks. Started May 2021; status: recruiting.
