Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial of DD-01 in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and obesity (4 arms), sponsored by Neuraly. Primary endpoints: Number of participants with treatment-related adverse events and serious adverse events at 57 days, Number of participants with clinically significant abnormalities in clinical laboratory values at 57 days and 5 more.
