Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial of dexmedetomidine in alcohol use disorder (AUD) and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) (3 arms), sponsored by Pharmacotherapies for Alcohol and Substance Use Disorders Alliance. Primary endpoints: Change in anxiety, as measured by blood pressure (systolic and diastolic), during stress reactivity conditions, Change in anxiety, as measured by heart rate, during stress reactivity conditions and 24 more.
