Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of venetoclax in chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) (2 cohorts), sponsored by Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Primary endpoint: Highest risk Tumor Lysis Syndrome group that can safely tolerate the daily ramp up at 3 months. Started Apr 2021; status: active, not recruiting.
