Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial of lysine-3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine and lysine-3,4-methylenedioxyamphetamine in post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) (5 arms), sponsored by University Hospital Basel. Primary endpoints: Acute subjective effects I at 18 months, Plasma levels of MDMA at 18 months and 1 more. Started Dec 2021; status: completed.
