Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial in primary mitochondrial myopathy (PMM) comparing Bocidelpar (ASP0367) with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Change from baseline in maximum oxygen uptake at peak exercise at 6 weeks, Safety and tolerability assessed by nature, frequency, and severity of Adverse Events at 7 weeks and 4 more.
