Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of binimetinib and palbociclib in lung adenocarcinoma, colorectal cancer (CRC) and pancreatic cancer (PC), sponsored by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center. Primary endpoints: Change in Ki67 labeling index of > 70% and Incidence of adverse events. Planned start Jan 2024; status: withdrawn.
