Overview
Phase 4, open-label, single-arm trial of secukinumab in psoriatic arthritis (PsA), sponsored by FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg Medical Faculty. Primary endpoint: Percent of patients with reduction of total immune cell numbers by at least 50 percent in the enthesial tissue at 24 weeks. Status: unknown.
